Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the TreeHaven Studios website and to any products you buy from us — whether printed parts, engineering products, or downloadable digital files. By placing an order you agree to them. TreeHaven Studios is a New Zealand-based business, so New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) governs these terms.
Pricing
All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (15%). We ship to New Zealand addresses only. Postage is displayed at checkout before you pay.
Orders and payment
You can pay by debit or credit card (processed securely through Stripe) or by bank transfer. Your order is confirmed once the order confirmation screen appears and we email your confirmation. We may cancel orders that we cannot fulfil; if you have already paid, we refund you in full.
Printed and stock products
Physical items are printed or assembled to order and dispatched with NZ Post courier. Dispatch times are shown on the product page. Items printed to your exact specifications are made for you personally, so they are exempt from the usual change-of-mind return right (as the Consumer Guarantees Act allows).
Digital files
When you buy a digital product you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download and use the files for your own purposes. Download links are available from your account and by email. Please see our refund policy for how faults in digital files are handled. Downloaded designs remain the intellectual property of TreeHaven Studios unless we say otherwise.
Liability
Our parts are designed for the uses described on the site. We are not responsible for products used in ways we have not described — for example in applications that need certified or load-bearing components. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot be limited by agreement.
